Two In-Person Quilting Bees
Let’s get together! We now host TWO free quilting bees.
Both meet at the Blacksburg Public Library in the Community Room.
Every Thursday from 10 AM - 12 noon, bring your own project to work and chat.
On the fourth Sunday of the month, come from 1-3 PM for a short lesson/presentation on a basic quilting step. You can work on your own quilting project or join the 12-month “Learn How to Quilt” table runner project. This is great for your friends who are quilt-curious! These are open to TQP members and the community, so please drag bring along a friend

Chat Bee Buzz Chat Bee continues!
Chat Bee is a monthly informal Zoom gathering to chat about anything quilty (or not). Members can get to know each other, talk about their projects, and ask for advice.
Log on at 7:00 PM on the third Tuesday of the month and stay as long as you like! The link will be sent to members’ email inboxes each month.

Once a month, some of us get together for an informal social lunch. We’d love you to join us for First Friday Food & Friends! We meet at 11:45 am.
Charity Quilt Committee
We set annual goals, choose charities, assemble & distribute kits, collect & deliver quilts & other care projects (pillow cases, placemats etc.)
Next Gen / Exploring Quilt Making for Ages 8 - 12
Learn straight line stitching and use of a sewing machine while creating a pillow case to take home and use. All supplies provided. Scissors and irons will be used. Registration required.
